The item(s) must be returned via registered mail with tracking number, and customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Conditions for an eligible return:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of acknowledgement; and

- The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging and condition, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and

- Returns will not be processed for item(s) that have been altered or worn


AURA VIALE cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure returns are packed carefully to avoid any damage.

All jewellery should be handled with care at all times.
To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, store each pieces of jewellery separately to avoid scratching. Remove jewellery whilst gardening, fitness and physical work or using any harmful substances such as household cleaning products. Avoid contact with perfume, makeup, hand creams etc. Never expose jewellery to chlorine swimming pools or hot tubs.
