Materials: combed top, linen, flax
Flax fiber is also known as linen. The use and cultivation go back to the Stone Age people. The Egyptians wrapped the bodies of their deceased with linen fabric made from the flax fiber.
It can be used by itself to create linen yarn or card it with any other wool for a textural effect for spinning and felting. The fiber will become softer with use.

All my fiber comes from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
I used to store my fibers with lavender sachets, but I don't anymore as I have learned that moths hate disturbances and some people are allergic to lavender. Now I dust and clean more frequently and move things around but I still include a lavender sachet with each order, unless someone requests me not to. If you don't want the lavender because you are allergic or for some other reason, let me know in the comment section, or send me a message.
I do my best to get pictures from different angles to capture and show the beauty of the color combinations. Remember that your monitor may show colors differently than mine. I'm always open to questions.
The lighting for the photos makes the colors a little brighter than they do in person, so expect the colors one or two shades darker.

I'm not sure how to spin this, but that's 100% my bad. I'll set this aside until my spinning improves. I mostly bought this out of pure curiosity, and I was surprised how soft and silky this was.
