All my listings have detailed sizing information. Please read carefully the descriptions. If you have any further questions or would like something made in a different size, let me know and I will be happy to make that happen.

If it gets “lost in the mail” I replace it, at no extra charge for you. Just contact me and I ll be happy to help.
This does not apply IF:
- There is a “delivered” status, according to the shipping company
- It gets lost/ stolen/damaged/ broken AFTER you receive it

All custom and personalized orders are “made to order”, according to your specifications. I am happy to help you create the perfect favors, party giveaways or unique present / gifts using the best ingredients and materials combined with my expertise. I do not accept cancellations or returns on any custom made orders.
If you receive an item that you do not like or feel it should have been differently made, please contact me to resolve the issue in an amicable way. However, due to the nature of my products, no returns or refunds will be given. So, read the descriptions carefully and contact me for any further details before you place your order.

All parcels are delivered gift wrapped and ready to hand them out as gifts, to yourself or loved ones.
If you want to include a personal note / message, please let me know during checkout at “note to seller” and I will be happy to include it.

I accept all payment methods, including major credit cards, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards.

The time I need to prepare your order varies. You can check each individual listing description for more information or contact me before you order, to make sure there is enough time to receive your order by the date you request.

All orders are carefully packaged for secure transfer in the best possible way.
However, if any items arrive damaged or broken please send me a photo within 2 days of delivery date and I will replace them or issue a refund for these items.
Shipping cost for the damaged/broken items is not refunded. You will receive a refund of the value of the item you paid for and got broken or damaged.

If you don t want a refund and want me to send it again, but there is no time to replace it on time for your event, for example for party and wedding favors that the event date is too close, you must accept the refund.

All our infused olive oil favors or individual items are made with the best care and very fresh ingredients. To ensure they stay fresh and maintain their high quality, they need to be stored in a room temperature environment. You should avoid storing your favors in extreme hot conditions, in humid environment and direct sunlight exposure.

All my olive oil and honey favors are sent with Priority A Registered Mail (they include a tracking number).

For all other orders, in an effort to keep your shipping cost as low as possible, I ship with Priority A (Air Mail) so your parcel arrives as soon as possible but it does not include a tracking number. However, if you wish to upgrade to express shipping (that is even faster) or registered shipping (include a tracking number) I offer these options, as well. Just choose the shipping method you prefer during checkout.

If you want your favors ASAP, I can make that happen but please contact me first to verify your order will arrive by the date you need it by.
