Colours can vary from screen to screen due to different screen settings so colours can appear a little bit different in real life in comparsion with a photo on a screen.

As all items are made-to-measure, you need to order the proper "size category" that your dog fits within. For example, if your dog has a back (Measurement A) that measures 17.7"/45 cm, you need to order the "17.1-20" Back length" size category. The same thing goes for Harnesses but replaces "Back length" with "Chest girth".

Make sure to include any requested info ( measurements, colour choices etc) and I'll have everything I need to make your puppers new custom-fitted gear!

August-February s the busiest months for Happy Pooch, as we receive a large increase of orders for custom tailored apparel that time of year. Please take this into consideration when ordering as processing times generally run around 3-5 weeks(not taking holidays into account) around this time.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out and confirm with us whether it would be possible for us to meet the deadline.

Some differences can occur, for example, colours can
differ from screen to screen. Measurements can deviate +-1 centimetres since all items are made by hand.

No two items sold are exactly alike, everything is handmade and made to order based on the buyers choice of fabrics, materials and colours. We can therefore not offer refunds on such orders.

If you have very specific wishes for an item, for example, the pattern of colour for rope items, please send us a DM and we'll discuss further details.

Send us a message as soon as possible upon the orders arrival. You'll need to save all packaging material along with the unused item so that a claim can be filed with the post office.

* Paracord items
Handwash is recommended(soft sponge + lukewarm water) but they can be machine washed. Washing paracord items in a washing machine may make collars and harnesses a little stiff by the paracord knots. Wash with a regular detergent, NO BLEACH, and let air dry, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

* Rope items
To best preserve the dyes we recommend handwashing rope items, preferably spot cleaning. Use lukewarm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge for stubborn stains. Hang to let air dry.

*Clothing items
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Preferably put the clothing item in a washing bag before putting it in your washing machine.

* Wool coats
Handwash only with detergent meant for wool fabrics.

⚪COLLARS/LEASHES/HARNESSES/BACKPACKS

If the item ordered require further details from the buyer, such as colours, but is not included in the 'note to seller' section with your order: The item will be made as the first listing photo of the purchased item.

DISCLAIMER - Do not measure old collars as it will result in an incorrect measurement.

NON-ADJUSTABLE COLLARS
* Paracord - Shouldn't slip over the dog's head. Choose a size that's smaller than your dog's head but about an inch or two larger than the neck to allow for some wiggle-room. Choose accordingly to how you'd like the collar to fit(more snug vs a little looser).

* Cotton rope - Should be able to slip over your dog's head as they don't feature an open/close mechanism.

MARTINGALES
* Cotton rope - As the cotton rope is a natural material and will, therefore, stretch slightly with use, choose a size that's about 1" smaller than your dog's neck. Martingales are measured with the chain closed.

Please double-check that your tape is accurate in terms of inches or cm. Older and stretched tapes will provide measurements that are too short, resulting in a clothing item, harness or collar to be too small.

All items are made based on your provided details from each order. Please double-check all provided information as Happy Pooch is not responsible for inaccurate order details.

If nothing else has been discussed per email before the order has been placed, the order will be made based on the measurements and other customization options provided by the customer. If you have specific wishes as to how your dog's new gear should be sewn, please contact us before placing your order.

If an item does not fit correctly, please get in touch within 2 days of you receiving your order. Shipping and material costs associated with having the item altered is the responsibility of the customer.
