Items must be in their original packaging, not worn or altered, and postmarked within 3 days of receipt (verified with USPS tracking) 'Money Back' refunds are only available if you paid through PayPal. Non-PayPal refunds will be issued as 'Merchandise Credit'. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Remember, shipping charges include more than just the postage - I use quality jewelry boxes with cotton lining, tissue paper, bubble wrap, envelopes, ink, and labels too. All items will ship within 1-3 days of receiving your payment, via USPS with included tracking numbers. Etsy will send an email when the package is shipped.
