Description

If you are at all familiar with my shop, you will recognize a deep, all abiding love that I have for ribbons - especially different styles and textures blending together making one really cool piece. Well, this is no exception. A charming, glitter motif declaring to the world "Hey, all you need is love!"

Ribbons are joined by two intertwined elastics pieces for a comfortable, versatile fit.

Single orders - Vintage or Made-to-order: Balance is due upon purchase. If you would like your order shipped through a private company (UPS, FedEx, DHL), I will invoice you separately, deducting the shipping amount already paid

If you are ordering multiple items of the same listing (as in, you'd like 12 identical boutonnieres) or you'd like additional embellishments a part from those listed, please purchase the original listing. This serves as a deposit. Once I've completed & shipped your order, I will invoice you the remaining balance. This is due upon delivery.
If you've ordered from a variety of listings, this should be automatically calculated at the Flat shipping rate ($5, unless otherwise indicated). If there is a problem, I can always go in and manually reimburse/bill you. Thanks!

Cancellation -
Generally speaking, if you cancel before I've shipped, I will refund you the entire balance. There are a few exceptions to the rule, though.
If I have already purchased goods specific to your order, I will not reimburse. The same principle applies to services already executed if I am in any way under obligation toward the sub-contacter.

Returns & exchanges

As stated, I accept returns but keep the down-payment if it's simply a question of taste and not a faulty product. Obviously it would be wise to thoroughly read the description and ask any pertinent questions BEFORE buying, but we all get the wrong end of the stick sometimes.

Obviously, if it's a faulty product, I'll replace it immediately with a comparable item, the same item or monies back, at my expense.

~SHIPPING
I use the French Postal system, La Poste for all my orders. This is normal priority shipping. If you'd like to track your order, signature required, insurance etc, please specify and I will quote you the price at cost. In addition, I would be happy to send you your flowers through a private company (such as UPS, FedEx or DHL), but please note that this is significantly more expensive. Again, I charge at cost for these additional services - no inflated prices. Shipping's already expensive enough!
