Shipping policies

We usually have a few items made up on a consistent basis to fulfill orders quickly. Although, many times we will need to make up an order, so we ask you allow us 3-5 days to make and send order. For large orders of soap we need about 7 days. We will be timely! We send you a Etsy notification when your order has been sent, along with the expected arrival date. Sometimes post office will loose a package so if you don't see it when it is expected to arrive, please notify us immediately so we can try to help in this situation. We aim for a 5 star review and satisfaction with your service and product. If you are not happy for any reason than I'd love to refund or exchange a product. For international or custom orders we can notify you of extra charges for you to confirm shipment.
