The book started off as a series of zines (booklets) that went by the title of Mental Wellness For Everyone. Edition after edition of additions made before it became too big to staple together anymore, and so I decided to learn how to self-publish, making this my first book release back in January of 2015! The 4th edition of the original zine was illustrated by Janine Hese, and those illustrations made it over into the book.

I've yet to see a book that lays out copping strategies in such an easy to understand format! After spending a year or two with the condensed version, it was time to step up to the full book. It's an easy, accessible read that really does cover all the bases. It doesn't drag on a topic for too long - Sage makes sure you get it, and then moves on. Highly recommend it!
