I can turn your favorite photo into a custom black and white charcoal drawing! This may be a child/children, infant, friend(s), family and/or deceased loved ones. I frequently draw deceased family members alongside living family members. I can work from different photos and combine them into one portrait drawing- as long as all photos are of good quality and body positions look like they would work well together.

🔹MATERIALS:
The drawing is done with high quality charcoal on acid free paper- sprayed with a fixative to prevent smudging.

🔹ORDERING PROCESS:
1. Send me a message with the attached photo/photos of your choice.
2. Once I approve of the quality of the photo(s) and we discuss what you would like, I will begin the drawing AFTER you place your order.
3. I will send you a picture of the drawing once it is complete.
4. I will make any changes you may like in the drawing until you are 100% happy with it. After the drawing meets your approval, I will ship it to you in a thick protective cardboard envelope or mailing tube for larger drawings.

🔹PROCESSING TIME:
The current time it takes me to complete a drawing is 1-2 weeks depending on how many other orders I have at the time. However, if there is a specific date you need an order by- please let me know!

🔹REFUNDS:
I do not issue refunds for orders that have already been APPROVED and shipped. Each order comes with free shipping insurance - so if anything is lost or damaged during transit, a full refund will be issued. If for any reason you are unhappy with the final drawing BEFORE it is shipped, I will issue a full refund.

The shipping took forever with USPS, which has more to do with them than the seller. I would probably pay for a different shipping company for future purchases to ensure faster delivery.

I absolutely LOVED this custom portrait. I ordered one for my mom for Mother's Day. Amber was able to take two different pictures and merge them together to create a beautiful portrait of my mom and daughter. The attention to detail was outstanding! My Mom loved the portrait and put it on the wall immediately. I will definitely be ordering from Amber again. She's phenomenal!
