An 'Eden' salad plate from the Wedgwood Home Collection.

The plate is around 8 3/4 inches in diameter.

Although the plate has been previously owned, it is in very good clean condition.

Please note, if you wish to purchase multiple items, I am happy to combine postage costs; simply send me a message before you buy for accurate costs to your address.

We aim to use the most appropriate postal service for the size, weight and type of item and the shipping destination. You will be advised of the total postage cost for your order at the checkout. Wherever possible, multiple items will be despatched together to keep costs to a minimum. If you have a query regarding combining postage for multiple items, contact us before buying.

Our postage charges cover all packaging and despatch costs, including packaging materials which are sustainably sourced and recycled wherever possible.

We have a number of security layers in place to recognise our own items so please do not embarrass us or yourself by sending back items that have not been originally supplied by Nivag Crockery.

Any attempt to commit fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities along with all the information submitted to us.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you decide to cancel your order then you must first inform us in writing within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You are then obliged to return the goods to us at your own expense. The items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition using the same delivery method as sent to you. All items must be packaged carefully using the same or equivalent packaging materials as was supplied. The goods must be insured as we will not accept liability for goods damaged in transit.

All items must be received by us within 14 days of purchase.

We are entitled to deduct the cost of any missing or damaged item from any refund we offer.

Shipping policies

We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days from receipt of payment and all items will require a signature upon delivery. UK deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail or by courier; overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or by courier. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted and in the unlikely event that you do not collect your item and that item is returned to us, we will require payment of a redelivery charge prior to sending the item back out to you. We aim to combine purchases where possible and use the most efficient, reliable and economical delivery service available.

Customs and Import Duties

We can ship our items anywhere in the world. However, in some cases, additional customs or import duties may apply depending on your location and order details. Nivag Crockery is not responsible for paying these charges, and we will not bill you for such charges when you place your order. Any customs duty levied by the respective destination country is the buyer's responsibility.

Additional policies

We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However some details such as colour may not be a true representation. If you have queries about certain items please contact us before buying.

We reserve the right to refuse our services to any prospective client and we also reserve the right to cancel any order placed on etsy.
