A proof lets you view an example of your information on the selected stamp design. We only send Proofs when the "Stamp and Proof" Option is Purchased.
✢ We do charge a small fee for proofs.

If you have made a stamp and proof purchase, your proof will be sent through the Etsy messaging system. Proofs are normally sent within 3 business days. (except on the weekends). The production time for your stamp starts once you approve your stamp design.

Black ink only

Address Labels are shipped within 1-2 business days. Address Stamps are shipped within 3-5 business days. Allow 2-4 days for postal delivery once the order is shipped.

We do our best to ensure all orders are made correctly and as ordered, but with the volume of orders received, mistakes can happen. If the mistake was made by us, we will promptly remake the item and ship out another. If the mistake is made by the customer, we do work with you and offer a discount for a remake. Please reach out to us, so we can help resolve any issues with your order.

We do work to expedite all orders. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive by a specific date. All orders will ship within our listed production time frame.
