Our lollipops do not contain any preservatives; therefore, they are always shipped 1-2 weeks before event dates depending on delivery address.

We always suggest that you place your order as soon as you know what you wish to order. We sometimes book several months in advance, and since most of the orders that we receive have a delayed delivery date, there is a chance that we may get fully booked for the month that you are ordering for. Placing your order as soon as you can ensures that you will have a reserved place in our orders queue for that month.

Yes, the images are 100% edible, and they go inside of the candy.
We print full color on high quality edible paper with edible ink.
We can do any artwork!
If you have finished artwork, perfect! We accept JPEG or PNG files.
If you do not have finished artwork, we can work with you on that at no cost, but this is always done after orders are placed. We do not offer free mockups.
Our Etsy + website show plenty of work we have designed in our 9 years of business.
We expect that customers trust our design department for artwork that is to be made after payment is submitted.
If you insist on seeing a design before your lollipop order is placed, a $25 design fee is required and will be applied as a credit to your order once submitted.

OUR LOLLIPOP RECIPE IS NUT + GLUTEN + DAIRY FREE.
Our team is allowed to consume the above at our shop, but are not allowed to eat in our production space; therefore we must mention that our kitchen may not be free of all top 8 allergens despite avoiding cross contamination as best as possible.

Our candies are vegan with some vegetarian (our only non-vegan ingredient is confectioner's glaze).
