We will be glad to exchange any item(s) for you as long as it is within 5 days of the original sale. The item(s) should not the worn, washed, or damaged. The shipping cost for exchanges is at the buyers expense.

Shipping policies

It usually takes us 1-3 business days to process and mail your order.
Shipping cost includes packaging materials, handling and shipping.

For Canada - shipping takes around one week to 10 days (depending on location).
For USA - around 3 days to 10 days (depending on location). For most locations it takes an average of 3 days.
International - it takes around 2 weeks (again depending on your location). We ship all international orders air. Note: A word about foreign shipments. Items should be received within 5 to 10 days to most locations after processed by the Post Office. But time can vary greatly. It may take twice that long or more for a package to arrive. We have no control over the time required to deliver an item to a foreign address once we have turned it over to the Post Office. We are not responsible for customs fees.

If you need your order delivered faster, we will be happy to upgrade the shipping for additional cost. Just let us know at the time of purchase or immediately after.
