Description

An unusual, scarce original US government issued tax stamp for medicinal Opium, Coca Leaves & Marihuana, Etc! These documents tend not to surface too often and are historically interesting....although, typically not found issued to a doctor in charge of a "Farm For Boys"! Please see photos!

The document was issued to Dr. James Milton Bell, Berkshire Farm For Boys, in Cannan, NY. Issued for one year, beginning in July 1966 and expiring on June 30, 1967..."Keep This Stamp Posted".

The form measures 8 1/2" by 3 1/2", has light bends, otherwise, condition is excellent!

This is a FANTASTIC piece of history and would be great to display in a medical marijuana facility, pharmacy, museum or office! I am happy to answer any questions you may have, please feel free to email and thank you for your interest!

Pleased to combine shipping with other Prohibition Prescriptions, Liquor Licenses, Opium Forms & Pharmacy Labels. As always, many thanks to my regular customers for your continued patronage! :)

All items ship within 24 hours and I will contact you when I receive notification of any purchase, thank you! :)
