If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

• Please don’t send anything back until you hear from us.

• Please send us photos of the box and damaged item in convo along with a detailed description of the damage.

• In most cases you will be reimbursed for return shipping and we will ship you a replacement item.

• Please note that all of our items are handmade and each will have variations in finish, welds, shaping and other fine details. These unique characteristics are not considered damage.

• If for some reason you receive an undamaged item and are truly unhappy please contact us to discuss possible replacement, store credit or a refund.

REFUNDS

PACKAGING
• We do not include a printed invoice in your package. You can print one directly from Etsy by going to the purchases and reviews section of your account. If you are sending a gift be sure to send a short gift message that we can include so your recipient knows who has sent them an item from Lucky Karma Creations.
• We do not currently offer gift wrapping but we are happy to include a customized note with your package. Items are wrapped in a vibrant tissue paper. Orders do not include an invoice so if you are mailing directly to a gift recipient please note your gift message in the notes at checkout or they will not have any way of knowing who their item came from.
• All of our products are packaged with care. Typically your item will be wrapped with bubble wrap and tissue and nestled in extra packing paper if necessary. All items are packed in priority mail boxes to ensure safe, damage free delivery. Necklaces and Earrings will arrive on custom earring or necklace cards. All items are also packed with a Thank you card from yours truly.

SHIPPING ADDRESS - GIFT NOTES
• We will send orders to the address listed on your Etsy Account by default, unless another address is preferred and has been requested by you in advance.
• Customers who enter an incorrect address at checkout will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipment. If you catch your error immediately after your order is placed you can send a convo with the correct address and we will do our best to make changes.
• If you would like to ship to someone as a gift Etsy will provide a field where you can enter the shipping address you would like the package to go to. Be sure to leave us a message at the same time saying what you would like your gift message to read otherwise how will they know this beautiful gift is from you? We do not offer gift wrap as the safe delivery of your item is our priority.
• Shipping confirmation and Tracking information will be sent to the email on your Etsy account. Please be sure this address is correct.
• PLEASE NOTE: if the buyer fails to collect, returns to sender or gives the wrong address I will withhold fees from the refund to recover my postage and packaging costs.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are the result of your country's tax regulations, and cannot be estimated by us.
