The design was hand-dyed in my home and converted to a digital image. This means, unlike other tie dye designs, you will get an exact replica of this design. Please note that I cannot customize the size or material of this item, but I can customize the image and its position on the bath mat.

Please be aware that I utilize outside sources for printing and shipping for many of my tie dye items. When you place your order in my shop, I start the order with my printing company right away. Once an order has been sent to the printing company, I cannot cancel or make any changes.
Due to the nature of utilizing an outside printing company and their drop shipping services, if a customer requests a cancellation, I cannot cancel the order at that time, even if it has not shipped yet. The item, however, may be returned once received. The buyer will be responsible for returning the item to me (not the printing company). Once I have received the item, I will refund the item cost, less the shipping. If you have any questions, feel free to convo me before making your purchase.

Shipping prices include postage and packaging materials. Most items are shipped USPS First Class, domestic or international and a tracking number is provided. Most items are made-to-order and printed by a third party; please see the processing times for each item in the product listing.
Currently, shipping prices are set up to not allow shipping discounts when purchasing multiple items. This is because I offer a variety of items that ship from various printing companies. You may need to pay full shipping prices when purchasing different types of items (i.e. phone case, pillow cover, tote bag, print, etc.) I will return shipping overages when items can be shipped together.
***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS**** Please be aware of your country's importation fees and taxes on merchandise. These fees are not included in your item cost or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Importation fees and taxes will not be reimbursed.
