Shipping policies

I provide shipping from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post. I am willing to ship to other countries, as long as the item is insured. If you're interested in an item, let me know.

All jewelry items are wrapped, boxed and placed in a bubble envelope to ensure they are protected during delivery. Pottery and other fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap, and nestled in foam chips in a sturdy box. In all cases, I will provide the least expensive methods of shipping, with insurance.

For shipping within Canada, I will use Regular Post with insurance for heavy items, and Xpresspost for small packets, all of which include insurance.

For shipping to the United States I will use Tracked Post, which will include insurance.

Items are shipped within two days, and weekend orders will be processed on the following business day. The average delivery time for a small Tracked parcel to the US is 4-7 days. In Canada, Xpresspost is usually delivered within 2 days. The estimated delivery times are directly from Canada Post’s site, but I ask that you be patient and allow for a few extra days, just in case. Also remember that purchases can be delayed at customs.

Quoted combined shipping charges on multiple purchases are estimates only, and will be based on actual weight. If you purchase multiple items and the cost is less than quoted, you will be provided with a shipping overcharge refund.
