Come Out of Your Shell! ...

As hard as I try, I have yet to photograph a snail out of its shell! They are so sweet looking and always remind me of giraffes!

I was about to leave one of my favourite places, Cedar Ridge, and noticed this tiny traveller on a leaf. With the mauve background flowers, it could not have been more perfect a scene - although if the snail decided to come out of its shell, it would have been even more awesome! lol

Later that evening, I wondered - what is a snail? Is it an insect or an animal? On checking around, I found that a snail is an animal! A land snail, also known as a gastropod mollusk. Interesting sometimes how we come about learning things!

The card is 5" x 7" and of course includes an envelope.
It comes packaged in a clear envelpe.

You could even put it in a small frame if you wanted to keep it!
All work is individually hand-signed and dated.
