Due to the nature of the items, returns and exchanges are not allowed. This is to avoid the risk of receiving or reselling used toys.

Orders can be cancelled within a period of 6 hours after the order is placed. This is to ensure that a custom order is not cancelled after the item is produced. After 6 hours has passed, there can be no cancellation or refund. Please make sure you really want the item before ordering to avoid the possibility of being unable to receive a refund.

All orders are shipped discreetly. Items are packaged in a plain box with a generic LLC name and PO box as the return address.

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you did not provide the correct address before the order was shipped and the item is shipped to an undesired address, it will not be replaced or refunded.

Missing packages will be replaced only if the item was lost in transit. If the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided, it will not be replaced or refunded.

Orders for premade items are shipped within 1 business day. Custom orders are shipped 2-3 business days after ordering.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and include tracking and insurance. Tracking will be provided as soon as possible after shipment. Signature confirmation can be added at an additional cost.

Orders are shipped using the least expensive method that includes tracking and insurance. Tracking will be provided as soon as possible after shipment.

On customs forms, the item is described as silicone art. Items will not be marked as gifts on customs forms as that is illegal.

Be aware of any customs issues in your country before ordering. If the item is returned due to rejection/nonpayment of customs, you will be responsible for paying for a second shipment.

All toys are made using platinum silicone and compatible pigments. Platinum silicone is a medical-grade silicone that has been designed to be safe for internal and external use on the body.

We offer toys in four different firmnesses:

-Extra Soft: This feels like fatty tissue or a gummy bear when squeezing the toy between your fingers. Toys made in this firmness are extremely wobbly, and some do not stand up on their own.
-Soft: This feels like a gel shoe insert. Toys made in this firmness can stand on their own but are wobbly.
-Firm: This feels like a flexed muscle. Toys made in this firmness stand easily and do not wobble much.
-Extra Firm: This feels like a rubber band or the backing of a mouse pad. Toys made in this firmness have no wobble.

If you are familiar with the Shore hardness scale, the firmnesses correspond to these measurements:

-Extra Soft: 00-20
-Soft: 00-50
-Firm: 10A
-Extra Firm: 20A

Sampler packs are available for purchase with four small pieces of silicone in each of the firmnesses. They allow you to feel them for yourself, and see examples of the glow in the dark and blacklight-reactive pigments in person.

Yes! Check out the custom section of the shop and find the toy shape you want, then add it to your cart. Make sure to fill out the personalization section, or your order will be delayed. Add-ons such as glow in the dark pigment can also be found the the custom section; just add them to your cart along with the toy shape.
