Refunds will not be issued until the item has been mailed back to us and we have received it.

No refunds after 35 days from the time of sale.

If the item has been damaged while in your care, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If the delivery status of your item is "DELIVERED," but you have not received the item, we will not be able to issue a refund.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE, OR ANY COST INCURRED IN SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO US. Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the purchase price of the item.

We ship daily. If something is ordered prior to 3:30 PM EST Monday through Friday, it typically will be mailed same day. We ship via the United States Postal Service and we include a tracking number with all orders.

The time it takes for an item to get to you is largely out of our control. We guarantee that your package will be shipped quickly, but we cannot guarantee that any item will arrive on or by a particular date.

WE CANNOT OFFER UPGRADES TO OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. The one and only time we attempted to upgrade a delivery to "Overnight" the postal service failed to deliver the package on time, and the buyer held me personally responsible. :(

Some countries charge customs fees for imported products. It is the responsibility of our customers to pay customs fees on goods ordered.

Sometimes a package cannot be delivered or is not picked up. Typically that package is then sent back to us. We will be happy to resend your item, but you will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping charge. We will make you an invoice for the cost of that postage, and we will reship your item only after you've purchased it.

We have a liberal reserve policy. We can hold most items for up to a month. If you decide not to purchase an item we are holding for you, please let us know as soon as possible.

We don't do seasonal sales or regular mark-downs. Our philosophy is to price everything affordably initially, so we will not have to reduce prices later on.

We're not really into trades, but there's no harm in asking.

We rarely lower our prices on demand. But again, there's no harm in asking.
