Our clothing items (i.e. shirts and robes) are made to order, so we consider these custom items. Please be sure to review the sizing chart as they are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges.

- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.

Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.

If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding.

We are currently in our BUSY SEASON, and it is taking 4-7 business days to make orders after you place it. After that, transit normally takes 3-7 business days.

If your event is within two weeks or there is an upcoming holiday, please send us a message with the following information:

- Shipping State & Zip code

- A list of the items you will be purchasing (please include links to the listings if you are purchasing more than one item)

- The quantity you will be purchasing of each item (please keep in mind we don’t offer custom quantities for set items, for these please send us the number sets you will be ordering)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders - This includes anything that we print, whether is on a shirt, robe, box, etc. Everything is handmade and printed for your order, even if it says "Bride" or "Bridesmaid" (for example) on it, we make it per order. Be sure to check size charts and read our product listings so you know what you are ordering.
