All seating charts are available in DIGITAL FORMAT ONLY. You will receive the high resolution file type of your choice (.PDF, .JPEG, etc.), which can be printed at a local print shop (Staples, Kinkos, Office Max...)

You are able to customize your seating chart design, fonts, sizing, and colors. I am delighted to make changes until you are happy with your final product.

1. Purchase this listing.

2. Include in the note when checking out:
- Bride and Groom's Names (Including new married last name initial)
- Date of Wedding
- Wedding Colors
- How you would like the seating chart set up (By Table Number or Alphabetical)
- Any Specific Fonts/Requests

3. Email your high resolution photo and excel/word seating chart file to thriftyeventsashley [!at] gmail.com. I will email you with any additional questions I might have.

4. I will create a proof and email you the final result. I will continue to make changes until you are 100% satisfied with the final product.

General Sizing is 18x24 or 24x36 and can be customized. If you need a different size please let me know.

There will be an additional charge of $15 for any rush jobs. A job will be considered a rush job if the information to complete the order is received 6 days or less before the event/due date. For example, if your wedding is on Saturday and you purchase and provide all of your information for your seating chart on the Saturday before it will not be a rush job. However, if you purchased your seating chart on Saturday, but do not provide the required information until Sunday it will be considered a rush job.


Disclaimer:
I will continue to make changes up to one day before your wedding for any last minute changes. Once you receive your digital proof I will be unable to issue a refund. In addition, colors look different from screen to screen, but as I said I am willing to make changes to your file up until the day before your wedding. Please note without a high resolution picture the printing quality will be reduced and I am not responsible for any blurry or grainy prints.

I am not able to create a seating chart with any photos of which the purchaser of this listing does not own the full rights. Therefore, the purchaser of this listing has the responsibility to obtain the full rights to the photograph prior to sending it to be included with their seating chart.

By purchasing this listing you are allowing me to use your seating chart as a sample in my Etsy shop unless specifically told otherwise.
