➤ Custom Quote/Design Order:
* There is a one time new screen fee for each custom quote. Prices vary depending on quote.
* Since I make my screens by hand custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.
* All custom quote/design orders are a Final Sale.

➤ Want a Quote I already have in my shop printed onto another style? I can accommodate! Just contact me for details.

➤ Wash in cold water (regular wash or gentle cycle).
➤ To keep the print fresh I suggest hanging to dry, but you may tumble dry low if needed.

All listings will have size guide and measurements within Item Details and Listing Images.
For the most part all clothing marked as 'Women's' or 'Ladies' fits true to size. Here are the different styles and fit (I will keep updated when I offer new styles).

➤ RELAXED: Sizes Small - XXL. True to size, relaxed fit.

➤ SLOUCHY: Sizes Small - XXL. Oversized, slouchy fit. You may want to order one size smaller if you don't want too much of oversized fit.

➤ UNISEX: Sizes XS - XXL. I definitely recommend ladies to order one size smaller unless you want an oversized fit, otherwise it is a regular fit. Length is longer than the other styles

➤ For now I only offer Youth T-shirts sizes Small, Medium & Large.

➤ Standard T-shirt fit.

➤ All size guides and measurement within Item Details and Listing Images.

➤ All orders are wrapped in tissue with a hand written note included.

➤ Orders marked as 'Gift' will not include an invoice.

➤ I'm happy to include a personalized gift note. Either leave it in 'Notes to Seller' during checkout, or contact me on Etsy.

➤ If you've submitted your order with the wrong shipping address, and I haven't yet shipped please contact me immediately with correct shipping address! You can contact me on Etsy or email me: neenacreates@gmail.com

➤ If you've entered the wrong shipping address and I've already shipped please contact me. Replacement is at the cost of buyer. I will not refund on orders that have been shipped to wrong address provided by Buyer.

➤ I only ship to addresses that are provided by Buyer at checkout. If for any reason I ship to the wrong address because of a mistake I made, I will gladly send a replacement.

All orders are Made To Order unless marked as Ready To Ship within Listing Title and Item Details.

➤ Production time is typically within 7-10 days. This does not include shipping time.

➤ If you need your order by a certain date let me know under 'Notes to Seller' during checkout.

➤ If you've made a purchase and contacted me afterward with a 'Ship By' date request and I cannot accommodate, then I will cancel your sale and fully refund.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
➤ Estimated delivery 2-6 days after production.
➤ Priority Mail estimated delivery 2-3 days after production.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
➤ Estimated delivery of up to 4 weeks after production time.
➤ Please note that you may be charged an additional VAT/Import and Customs fees when your item arrives. These charges are separate from your purchase and is the buyer's responsibility to pay.

➤➤ All delivery times are ESTIMATED! I have to use a third party (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to deliver packages, and I cannot be held responsible for errors made on their part.
