Enjoy our fresh baked, handcrafted Norwegian crispbread. Delicious, crispy, wholesome, completely addictive, and baked with love in Brooklyn.

Our Knekkebrød comes in 4 varieties: Sprinkled with Sea Salt Flakes which have Maldon sea salt flakes sprinkled on top, Classic which is plain/no extra salt flakes on top, and Rosemary&Lemon is baked with freshly ground rosemary and lemon peel granules, and our NEW zestiest variety Chili&Coriander that pops with flavor and a hint of heat.

Each bag contains 8-9 crispbreads and the bag has a net weight of 6 oz/170 gr.

In the box, you will get 6 bags of freshly baked organic Knekkebrød. You can choose your desired flavor in the variations option, or at check-out just add what you would like in the notes from the buyer.

Based on my Norwegian family recipe, Norwegian Baked Crispbread is baked using 100% organic. It’s wheat-free and made with whole grains such as rye flour, oats, and oat bran. The addition of nutrient-rich seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and flax, make our Crispbread exceptionally nourishing.

Norwegians have a long tradition of baking Crispbread; we call it Knekkebrød and it can be found in every home. We eat these delicious, healthy, crunchy Crispbreads with all our meals. For breakfast, try it with butter and your favorite jam. For lunch, enjoy as an alternative to bread with toppings like cheese, paté, smoked salmon, or salami. At dinner, it’s a wonderful accompaniment to your favorite dish and it pairs perfectly with soups and salads. It’s incredibly versatile!

We put a best before date of 6 months. Knekkebrød doesn't go bad but loses some of its fresh- and crispness with time. As with all fresh baked organic food it is meant to be enjoyed and not stored.

PLEASE NOTE:
We pack the crispbread bags with extra paper, bubble wrap, and fragile labels for a safe journey to your doorstep, though can't guarantee that there will not be any breakage due to mishandling during shipping.
