THE RULES.
You will receive three glass sample vials with your choice of scents. You must specify which 3 scents you would like upon checkout (there will be a personalization box where you can write them in). If none are specified, we will choose our best for you (or you can ask for suggestions!). If you forget, just send an Etsy message letting us know your selections. Please see individual listings for more specific scent notes and information.

*Pro tip for opening these types of vials: they are not screw-off, but if you twist while slowly pulling the lid off, they are easier to open.*
Always read the ingredients and skin-patch test products first to avoid allergic reactions. Do not use if you are or could be allergic to any of the ingredients. Apply to the wrist and massage in until absorbed, repeat as desired for a stronger scent. Avoid fabrics as the oils may stain. Enjoy!

Buying perfumes online is difficult! That’s why we always have samples available for purchase for all of our current perfumes. We encourage you to purchase a sample set (or 2 or 3!) before ordering full-size perfumes.

Because samples are always available for purchase for all of our perfumes, and because perfumes are a cosmetic item and not re-sellable, returns are not accepted.

Unfortunately we can not control how mail is handled once is it handed off to the post office, and although all orders are packaged sufficiently, mail can still be destroyed during the shipping process. If your perfume arrives broken, please send us a picture through Etsy messaging or by email ASAP and we will help to correct the issue.

Unfortunately COLORNOISE does not currently ship outside the US, we tried it for a while but 90% of packages were getting lost or damaged and combined with shipping, it was costing too much. We might try again one day in the future when there is enough business. Also, there are package forwarding services that exist (https://www.reviano.com/blog/best-parcel-forwarding-services.html), but we are not affiliated with any of them.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Once an item is shipped with a tracking number, no refunds will be given if it is shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Once a tracking number is provided to you and the package is in transit, COLORNOISE has no control over it. Please contact USPS in regards to delays or deliveries. For delivery errors or missing "Delivered" packages, talk to your USPS mail person and file a claim.

Please keep track of your delivery day. COLORNOISE is not responsible for stolen packages; it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe delivery location.

Transactions are complete once the package tracking says "Delivered" to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping was super fast. All three samples and the bonus sample smelled so good- I went into it knowing what my favorite would be but now I can’t decide. They all smell very true to what they are supposed to be. I got crunchy cereal milk, orange ice cream and birthday cake. The bonus sample was taffy and I love it- it’s something I would not have picked myself so thankyou for sending it!

The seller was so willing to work with me I ordered Pearl but second guessed myself and the seller got right back to me. She's amazing but I love color noise my absolute favorite will always be Jelly Donut which is why I initially bought the samples to tide me over till a restock. I can honestly say Dream is a beautiful scent there's these hints to it I can't quite put into words but I literally felt like I smelled like a dream lol, rainbow ice is exactly how sounds smells just like that for me the lemon really stuck out but I loved it . Pearl did not disappoint me but it's definitely for the bold the vanilla definitely hits you last I could see myself wearing this in the summer to a dinner party I know that's specific but I think that's what so amazing about these products they take your mind places. Anyway. Forever customer.
