I wasn't happy that the ad shows dark bold black lettering and heart, but when I got mine you can barely see it at all. I did try to work it out but the seller wasn't happy with the photo they requested because I used flash. I sent a new photo w/out flash and got no reply so I said I would just keep it. It is exactly what they said it was BUT their advertising photos are misleading, in my opinion.

I was excited to get this penny for my husband with the date we first met. Unfortunately, you cannot see the date on the penny. When I contacted customer service, they were very rude, stating it wasn’t their fault you can’t see the date, they use real pennies so they cannot control the date stamp. Well, why make these then? The whole point is to SEE THE DATE!! Then they stated that they have never had 1 complaint, which is obviously not true. I would not purchase from this shop ever again, based on the lack of customer service alone. Find another shop who does better work and one who cares about their customers. I won’t even bother giving this key chain to my husband, which was a waste of my money and time. I really hope people don’t make the mistake i did and end up disappointed.
