ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE APPROVED AND REQUIRE A TRACKING NUMBER TO BE VALID. If approved, refund will be for the item price only. The shipping is non-refundable.

If there is a problem with the piece, due to my error, I will gladly replace it.

**DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS**

US orders will be sent via USPS First class mail with online tracking.

Upgrade to Priority 2-3 day shipping is available as an option at checkout. Please remember this is an upgrade for shipping transit time only. It DOES NOT change the current production time estimate it takes to process your order.

First class and Priority only give estimated shipping days. They are not guaranteed by the postal service. This is the policy of the postal service.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. I generally have the same tracking information that you have. I'm more than happy to inquire with my postmaster, but most times they don't have any additional details. I am able to submit a missing mail request via the USPS website, if your item has not arrived after 7 business days. This does not mean that it will be found. It only triggers the postal service to search for it. Please message me, as I don't follow tracking after shipment.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)**

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 weeks and 12 weeks.

International orders may or may not have tracking information once they leave the U.S. A lot of times, they will continue to be scanned while traveling thru foreign counties. But please remember, some of the small, rural offices do not have scanners, so there may be a time period of disappearance. They usually come back on the radar and arrive safely.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

-If tracking has a status of delivered via USPS is considered deliver, and That Jewelry Place has fulfilled it's end of the sale.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery (Family Member or Neighbor)
Check with your local post office for more information

If you are still unable to locate the item, you will need to repurchase.

Missing/Damaged:
-If your package does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival and you do NOT purchase insurance, you will need to repurchase.

Mis-Delivered:
If the post office has mis-delivered the package, you will need to repurchase.

Returned to Sender:

If you place an order and do not indicate what necklace length you would like, I will make it 20".

If you place an order and do not include the initial or bead color you would like, I will attach a white bead or a stamped heart, depending on my current inventory.

Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information to the email address you have listed on your Etsy account. My current production time is subject to change based on the volume of orders received on any given day. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me to make sure that I am able to accommodate your needs.

FAQs

The D1 is silver plated and it may wear off over time and the copper colored metal under it will show.

The D2 & D3 stainless steel are the better quality. Stainless doesn't have this happen as it is the same material all the way through the bangle without a plating.

As far as stainless D2 and D3, the only difference is where the wires meet and the charms hang. The D2 is a single wrap and D3 has 3 wraps to close it. It doesn't change the strength or security of the bangle, it is purely a cosmetic preference.

They are the same size in diameter (2-1/2" or 65mm across the center).
Your item will be attached to card stock paper and placed in an organza bag. If you would like to purchase a gift box, you will need to add this listing to your order.
