The knitted flower can be used anywhere you would want a floral decoration. Pin it to your lapel as a brooch. Sew it on to a ribbon and wear it around your neck or tie to your hair as a headband. Decorate your purse or bag for that extra special look. Make multiples for a corsage, bouquet or single as a boutonniere. Great for weddings.

The recommended yarn is 100% Mercerized cotton, DK weight (approx. gauge of 22 st/4 inches 4.0 mm.)

Materials required:
1 Skein of yarn in each color (2 colors)
Knitting Needles: US 2 (3.00mm) set of 4 Double Pointed
Yarn sewing needle (big eye) and regular sewing needle. Thread in the color of the stem and leaves..

The recommended yarn weight and needles will make the stitches and knitting tight. One skein of yarn will make multiple flowers.
