I would have given 5 stars as this is a beautiful piece that I ordered for my anniversary but it arrived with a scratch, about an inch long (little longer), right over the linen heart/writing (& a big eye sore). It was on the inside of the glass which makes me think it didn't happen during shipping, packaging was not damaged and it arrived quicker than I thought. I love this piece but now I will need to purchase a replacement glass for this frame. I would still recommend this because it is a unique and beautiful gift, but I would just warn that in my particular shipment, the glass had a small-ish scratch on it. (Full disclosure: I did not contact customer service for a replacement glass, this was shipped overseas and I'd rather go to a local store and get a replacement glass than chance/wait for one too be possibly shipped.)

Our "Tin Heart" and looks absolutely beautiful! Thank you for making such a beautiful anniversary gift! This is a very attractive and excellent quality item. We previously purchased the "Copper Heart" for our seven-year anniversary. We just purchased the "Tin Heart" for our ten-year anniversary. They look so beautiful!
