Yes, all my packages MANDATORY have a tracking number that I send to you following shipment. Insurance is also included in the event of loss or breakage recognized by the postal services (an investigation will be opened and it may take 1 to 3 months for a refund if there is a refund).

Delivery costs are automatically calculated according to the country where you wish to be delivered.
If you order several items at the same time the costs are also calculated taking into account the fact that there are several. If necessary, I will give you a refund if there is an overpayment in delivery costs.

Delivery costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot be responsible for a return of a package due to:

-a wrong address
-an address inaccessible by the country's delivery services
-a package returned because it was not claimed by the buyer from the delivery service
We will do everything to help you find your package but you must also do everything to receive it.

PARCELS RETURNED TO SENDER DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS OR NO ACCESS ADDRESS OR BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER DID NOT REMOVE THE PARCEL AT THE DELIVERY COMPANY. We shall do everything to help you to find your parcel but you have to make everything ALSO to receive it. Thank you for your understanding !
We cannot be responsible for returning a package if the address cannot be found or because you were unable to collect your package from the post office.
