Custom orders are final, but please contact me with in 3 days after your purchase shows delivered if you have a problem so I can try to remedy it. Please provide pictures of item with your concerns. If orders are damaged during transit I require a picture of shipping package and item purchased so I can proceed with a claim with the delivery company.
