Please try to order at least 3 weeks in advance. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, my pinatas are made to order. I want to ensure your pinata arrives in plenty of time for your party. I don't want any shipping delays to interfere.

Because my pinatas are made to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I do, however, accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase.

All pinatas are sold empty and ready for you to fill with goodies.

You bet! I love to take on custom orders and work with you to create the perfect pinata for any party. You can click on "Request a custom order" in any listing, or mesage me to discuss a custom order.

The turn around time for each pinata will depend on how complex it is, the number of other orders I have, and the party date you select at checkout.

I work in order of party date -not first come, first served. Because of the time consuming nature of making a paper mache pinata, most pinatas will take at least 7-10 business days to create. Shipping times are approximately 7-9 business days for USA customers and 5-7 business days within Canada

If you contact me, I can let you know if I can finish your item sooner. This will depend on the number of other orders I have at the time. A rush fee would apply.

The costs of shipping boxes large enough for pinatas can get quite pricey for priority shipping. I usually use expedited shipping as it is the most reasonably priced. If you would like a quote for faster shipping, please send me a message and I'd be happy to help you.
