Man and God: Passages Chosen and Arranged to Express a Mood About the Human and Divine
by Gollancz, Victor
Published by Houghton, Mifflin Company, The Riverside Press, Boston (1951)
Hardcover 576 pages
Measures 8x5.5 Weighs 1 pound 9 ounces

Condition: Good.
Solid sturdy well built book. Green cloth boards (some may call teal-green). Gold gilt lettering on spine is faded. Corners are bumped. Spine top is fraying lightly. Former owner plate neatly placed on first blank leaf, one Marguerite J. Kennedy.
I removed the small metal paperclip at page 129, and we will forever see its outline, a ruddy colored imprint from 126-132 (the sin and repentance chapter), though it does not distract from reading enjoyment, as text is perfectly legible.
Else, pages appear clean. Pages only slightly tanning, remarkably crisp text.
