After that, a fun stop by photoshop for all the colors and patterns that we love, and then a trip to a far far away, not a galaxy, but a print shop, that reproduces our work in 120g poster paper!

Super original poster! I can't wait to hang it in my 😊
First off, we needed this item for an event and requested if this item could be shipped in time. After following up again on whether they can do this, they shipped it without directly responding to my request to receive it before the event. I assumed that they agreed if they shipped it after my email. The item didn't arrive so I requested a refund. They stated that it must be stuck in customs and that they are not responsible for delays. After a few emails back and forth, it became apparent that they knew it wouldn't get to us in time but they sent it anyway. Their tone started to become very rude and unprofessional. When I stated that this experience would not lead to a positive review, they stated something to the effect of "go ahead. We have plenty of positive reviews. We don't care." These people don't deserve your business.

Hello Jerry, we were expecting your review A few days after you ordered a poster without telling us about the event, you decided that you didn’t want it. Next, you tried in any possible way to be refunded. At your request, Etsy mediated the conflict, closing the matter in minutes. The conclusion was, it was impossible for us to predict the time a country’s customs (US) needs to process a package; that we did everything we could; we complied with all the site rules; and by reading our convo, realizing: you threatened us if we didn't refund you your unreasonable, hostile arguments you've altered the story We've a business,it’s normal to have difficult situations occasionally. This was the first time we couldn’t help a customer
