This stunning ring features a tumbled natural orange Carnelian gem stone. This is a very ergonomic design. The sides of the ring are narrow and the bottom is wider and flat to balance out the heavier top. This way the ring does not slide around but follows the natural contour of the finger. This is a very unique fluid looking one of a kind piece. The tumbled carnelian has layers of lighter color.

The ring was carved in wax and shaped around the stone to provide a perfect fit. Then is was cast in sterling silver using the lost wax method. The stone is hand set and the ring has a high polish finish.

The ring ready to ship in size 6.5. The stone is 21 mm by 14 mm and 14 mm high. Please note that this ring can not be re-sized. However I can stretch the ring to fit up to a size 7.

CARNELIAN - A quartz variety of chalcedony, its color is a vibrant range of fire-orange reds to brown-reds. It is linked with emotional warmth, sociability, creativity, individuality, memory, appreciation of nature, harmony, courage, happiness, self-esteem, boldness, initiative, dramatic abilities, assertiveness, and outgoingness. From antiquity, carnelian has been worn in cameos in the belief that it will ward off insanity and depression. Carnelian is found in India, Brazil and Uruguay.
