This is adorable, and so easy to make - a great beginner project that doesn’t end up looking like it! The top is my favorite ... I’ve made in both long sleeve and short sleeved. I’ve seen other peasant style blouses that just look “homemade” ... not this one! I did use 1/4” elastic, just because I have so much of it, and it worked fine - just be sure you have a full 3/8” seam on your casing so it feeds through. (And a huge tip I got from the designer ... you have to put the top on over the feet - I was trying to put it on over her head, and just wasn’t working!)
