VINTAGE 1940s CHROME TOASTER. So very cool and Deco-ish. This toaster is a model TDC-4 which Westinghouse introduced in 1932. The electric cord is now gone, so it's all about display now. Cords for these are not hard to come by though - especially on eBay. Westinghouse Turn Over. 550 watt (oh so I think that's what it says on the bottom). Made by Mansfield Works, Mansfield, Ohio. Bought this at an estate sale and it was very dirty. Has cleaned up exceptionally well. Usual wear and scratches, but all in all, good condition. Rectangular base measures 9" long x 5 1/2" wide. Stands about 8" tall. PS: Toast not included!
