The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Sizing details for products will be listed in their descriptions.
Most applicable to decoden cases. Do not use any chemicals on your case as this may deteriorate the silicone or cabochons. To keep your case in good condition, refrain from placing it in your pocket or areas with large lint or dust concentrations. (should be able to be cleaned with a damp cloth). Treat it as an accessory, not a protective case. If the silicone begins to peel, it can be glued back onto the case with super glue.
Sales are final! I accept exchanges only if the item arrives to you damaged. I will have you know, that every item I send out will be in pristine condition. From the point of delivery, you have 7 days to contact me about damage. No exceptions! From that point, you have 14 days to send the item back to me. Your replacement will not be sent until I receive the damaged item. This policy will not be honored if you are the one that damaged the item. This is only for damage due to shipping.
By law, I am required to offer refunds for countries under the EU buyer protection law. Refunds will only be offered for these countries and I must be contacted no later than 14 days after delivery or you forfeit your ability to be refunded. Refunds are given only after the item has returned to my possession. This is not applicable for custom products. If the item returns to me damaged, I reserve the right to withhold a percentage of your payment as a damage fee.
As of right now, my schedule is 1-2 weeks after ordering. If there are any delays or changes, I will do my best to notify my customers of this. Delays may be more prevalent in the weeks before a convention or on my vacations. I will do my best to get your orders in the mail as soon as possible!
Yes, you can exchange it, but only for a pre-made case of equal value. If you choose a pre-made case that has a higher value than that of which you purchased, you are expected to pay the difference. If you want to exchange for a custom case, then you will be responsible for paying the difference. I reserve the right to charge a damage fee if you return the case to me in less than perfect condition. You have 7 days to contact me about this issue. This policy is only applicable to pre-made cases of the wrong size. Custom cases are non-exchangeable, so please be sure of your phone type when ordering.
Custom case shipping times may vary depending on how many cabochons I have to make, what kind of cabochons I have to make, any fixes I have to do, supplies readily available, and whether or not I have your case in stock. If your case must be ordered first, an automatic 2 weeks will be added to your shipping estimate to account for the time it will take for the case to get to me. If I have your case in stock and I have supplies readily available, your case should be completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
You have 2 days after ordering to make any changes. If you receive your layout proof and wish to change cabochons, you will be charged a fee to remake the cabochons. If you approve the layout, changes cannot be made without being charged for another custom case, because after approval, I immediately begin case assembly.
