Description

Soft pink, sea green, light grey and ivory felt ball garland available in either 1m, 2m or 3m lengths. This is a perfect addition to a room. Simply hang from a shelf, ceiling or drape over framed prints.

- Available in either 1m, 2m or 3m lengths
- Soft pink, sea green, light grey and ivory 2cm felt balls on brilliant white twine
- Each ball is handmade with 100% wool felt
- Balls are approximately 2cm. Sizes may vary slightly due to handmade nature.
- Loops are included at either end for hanging
- Balls are spaced evenly apart and can be easily adjusted should you want to customise.
- Felt balls stay in place without knots

Payment is accepted via Paypal and must be received within 24 hours, otherwise your order may be cancelled. Please make sure to follow through with the steps to paypal and make sure you get an invoice number from paypal. The email from etsy is NOT confirmation of payment.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of my products returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If there was indeed a mistake or problem with your order on my part, please contact me right away so I can fix the problem with an exchange or return. Any items that are being returned (at your own cost) must be returned within 10 days after we have decided upon the return/exchange.

Complete custom made products are non refundable unless it is faulty.

Shipping policies

All items will be sent using Royal Mail. Shipping can take between 3-15 business days depending on your location.

I am not held responsible for lost or damaged orders.

Your item will not be made/shipped until your payment has cleared and contact made discussing your custom requirements (if item is personalised).

Custom made items will not be shipped until I send you photos of your completed order and I get a response from you saying you’re 100% happy with your order.

Please contact me if you need an item rushed-this is sometimes possible if you'd like to pay for the additional shipping charge this might require.

Ready to post items
1. Ready to post items must be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt of invoice to guarantee order.
2. Payments are made via PayPal. Upon notification of your preferred email address you will be sent an invoice via PayPal for payment of your item/s. It is not a requirement to have a PayPal account in order to pay the invoice.
3. Ready to post items will be posted within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.
4. Postage and packaging is in addition to the price of the item and will include 2nd class, recorded delivery via Royal Mail unless an alternative is agreed.
5. Cancellations and returns: Ready to post items can be cancelled within 21 days. To cancel an item please contact me via the channel you ordered the item (Facebook, Instagram or Etsy). If the order is yet to be dispatched a full refund will be provided including postage costs. If the item has already been despatched, we ask that you return the item in its original packaging to the return address. Any items that are being returned must be returned within 10 days after we have decided upon the return/exchange. I recommend you obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office when returning the item. Proof of postage is available for free from Royal Mail. Once the item has arrived back to me, a refund will be given minus any postage costs incurred. Please note items will only be refunded if they are received back in the original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment.
Returns postage will be paid for by the buyer unless the goods received were faulty. If it is agreed that the goods are faulty a refund will be given in full.

Made to Order/Personalised/Bespoke Items
1. Upon placing a personalised/bespoke order the buyer will be allocated an agreed order slot date.
2. The buyer will be contacted 2-3 days prior to this date to confirm their order.
3. The design will be mocked up and shared for approval. Confirmation of approval over email, Facebook, Instagram or Etsy message is final.
4. Payments are made via PayPal. Upon notification of your preferred email address you will be sent an invoice via PayPal for payment of your item/s. It is not a requirement to have a PayPal account in order to pay the invoice. Payment must be received in full before further work commences
5. Orders will not be made without full payment in advance.
6. Bespoke items can take between 1-4weeks to complete from start to finish unless otherwise stated.
7. Photographs of the item will be sent for the buyer’s approval before posting.
