We accept payments via credit card, debit card or Etsy Giftcard through PayPal or Etsy (Direct Checkout). Please note you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card through Paypal. If there are any problems with payment, please contact us we may be able to arrange an alternative form of payment.

Domestic orders (within Canada) are subject to taxes implemented by the Province of which the order is shipping to.

International orders (outside Canada): Purchasers are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Sanwa (Canada) Trading Co. Ltd.). We will not mark purchased as "gift" on the customs forms. If your package is returned because of an insufficient address, it was unclaimed or refusal to pay customs fees you will ONLY be reimbursed for the price of the merchandise and NOT the original shipping charges (assuming the items are not personalized/customized. Personalized/custom items are non-refundable).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We want to minimize the headache and uncertainty from the online shopping experience. If you are unsure about a certain product of ours, we encourage you to please contact us with your questions and concerns. We will try our best to help you.

If however, your purchase is still not to your satisfaction when it arrives and you want to refund please contact us immediately. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation to contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Return will only apply to non-custom, non-personalized items and items must be in their original condition and packaging.

There will be NO refunds available for any custom and/or personalized items

Returns should be shipped back via a trackable method. For your protection, we suggest insuring returns in the case of damage or loss during the return shipping.

Unfortunately, if an item is returned for reasons other than damage or seller error, shipping charges will NOT be refunded. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive a refund to your PayPal account - less shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified.

**To save on costs for our shoppers, majority of our items do NOT come with tracking. If by chance *knock on wood* your order does get lost, we will happily resend your order, however you will have to cover the shipping cost. In the case of a refund, we will refund your order amount MINUS the shipping charge. We encourage you to ask for tracking if you do not want to risk this happening.

We ship via Canada Post or Fedex and will provide shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.

As of this moment we only ship to Canada and the United States

If you require a rush order, please contact us and we will arrange it. Extra charges will apply.

Please make sure your shipping address with Etsy and Paypal match and are correct. By default we will ship to your Etsy address.

If the package comes back unclaimed/unopened because of an incorrect address provided or after unsuccessful attempts for delivery, the customer can pay for reshipping or receive a refund less the shipping cost.
If you receive an item which was damaged during transit, please follow the following steps:

1) Contact us immediately
2) Document the damage (Take lots of pictures and make sure they are IN FOCUS)
3) Contact the courier (Canada Post/Fedex).

We will do all that we can to rectify the situation. We will comply with whatever the courier requires from our customers in order to resolve such a case.

In the case in which after receiving a shipping notification from us, and not having received your order within 10 business days please contact us and we will work with you and the courier to either locate or replace your order.

As with any photography especially digital, there may be slight differences between the actual product and its digital picture which also may vary depending on the monitor and resolution settings you are using. We do try our best to show our products as accurate as possible. Again, please contact us if you are unsure of anything.

We encourage our customers to avoid leaving special requests specific to their order in the 'Note to Seller' box at Checkout. There is no guarantee we will read it. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us directly with any requests so that we can provide documented confirmation specifying if we can or cannot meet your request(s). It will NOT be our responsibility if the order was not fulfilled to your request(s) if left on the 'Note to Seller' box.
