Russian Support Spindle with Turquoise Stone Inlay

Weight is 41 gms or 1.44 oz
Length is 279 mm or 10.98 ins
Diameter is 38 mm or 1.49 ins

A Russian to dance away the hours with, the Merbau whorl with an Ebony tip all finished off with a ring of Turquoise Stone Inlay. The shaft is Rock Maple.

For Australian customers Insurance is included in the delivery cost of ALL SPINDLES as well as automatic tracking on parcel post deliveries within Australia. When you purchase this item, you are covered for loss or damage during shipping.
For Overseas customers I ship by Economy Air which does not include tracking or Insurance. If you would like these features added, please do so at checkout. If you choose not to use insurance and the item is damaged or lost within the postal system I may not be able to refund you the full purchase price.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
For Australian customers I accept either Paypal or direct deposit into my nominated bank account. I can provide an invoice/order reference number and bank account details via a personal message if you prefer direct bank deposit.

For international customers I accept Paypal and all major credit cards via the Paypal gateway. Etsy payments is now available thru my shop this means that you can purchase using your own bank account transfer or a credit card.

If you change your mind or realise you forget about that bill you have to pay ..No worries, providing I haven't already sent the item, I will give you a refund minus any fees incurred ..if any!

If the item is a custom pyrography and I have already started pyroing the wood the sale will have to continue :-) Don't worry you'll love it :-)

I post all items asap, if purchased on the weekend I'll be off to the PO on Monday and if you purchase early enough during a weekday I may be able to get to the PO that day otherwise it will go the next weekday.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will replace, repair, or refund the product price, whichever is appropriate, minus any fees incurred.
No two items are ever the same, so an exact replacement may not be possible if the item was damaged.

I need a photo of the damage to both the packaging and the item inside in order to raise an insurance claim with Australia Post. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item if needed.

Shipping policies

I use Australia Post for all deliveries.

All prices for shipping items are based on weight upto 500 grams (17.6 ounces). While the weight of spindles is not too much it's the combined weight of carton and packing materials. So just be aware that if you purchase a lot of items at once this may take your purchase over 500 grams and I'll contact you to discuss the extra post costs.
If you want to combine multiple purchases, you can contact me prior to purchase to obtain a shipping quote.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
For Australian customers who purchase Spindles and Bowls I ship with insurance which is included in the shipping price. So rest assured you won't be disadvantaged for lost or damaged items.
Insurance is only provided for SPINDLES and BOWLS if you want insurance on other items please ask prior to purchase or click the insurance option at check out. I also offer upgrades to Express Post if you can't wait :-) All Australian postal deliveries include tracking as a standard feature.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For International customers I send ECONOMY Air parcel post.
THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING.
If an item goes missing or is delayed in transit I will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post 1 (one) month after I have posted your parcel. Australia post only accept enquiries for this delivery service more than 90 days after expected delivery schedule if no extra cover is taken. This is because they allow for the return of the delivery via seafreight.

I offer an upgraded service to STANDARD Air parcel post.
THIS SERVICE DOES PROVIDE TRACKING.
If an item goes missing or is delayed in transit I will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post 1 (one) month after I have posted your parcel. Australia post only accept enquiries for this delivery service more than 15 days after expected delivery schedule.
NAVAJO Spindles are only sent via this service due the larger than normal size parcel.

Insurance is available if required at the buyer's expense to protect you. I highly recommend you take out insurance for your own protection.
Neither of these services have insurance as standard as this is an extra option.
You may opt for insurance for any item to protect your purchase.
The current price for insurance is AU$9.60.
Insurance is to the value of AU$100 and increases in cost for the higher value of coverage if you would like more than AU$100 insurance please contact me for quotes.

Custom orders are always welcomed. I can make or customise an existing item for you. Please do not hesitate to contact me with your wishes. If you want a customised item I require payment before I begin making and/or pyro'ing the item. If a custom pyro'ing is wanted once I have begun creating your dream I won't be able to refund you, so please make sure at time of purchase that you can afford to proceed with your purchase.
