If you order is placed before Dec 8 we will ship your order no later then Dec 19. Order placed after Dec 8 will ship out as soon as we can and may or may not ship before the 19th. I can not control the time is takes in shipment I can only control the date it will be shipped. If you have more questions please ask will give you a answer as soon as we can.

With most of our items being custom it take some time to get art work set up and the blank item in. We make every item after the order is placed in our shop on 3 machines. We have one machine set up to run hats almost all the time and there other 2 run flat items like shirts, sweatshirt blankets and jackets. Most flat items take longer on the machine so hats may ship faster then flats.
