Shipping from Latvia takes 5-20 business days in European Union, 15 - 25 days overseas. Sometimes due to customs the shipping process can take a bit more but it doesn't happen frequently.

All packages will be taken to Latvian Post, registered and provided with a tracking number so you can track down your order at any time of the day. I suggest using www.17track.net for tracking your orders.

Shipping from Latvia takes 4-7 days in European Union, 6-8 days to USA, 7-13 days to Australia, 6-9 days to Canada, and up to 13 days to other countries.
EMS shipping times DOES NOT include Sundays, holidays, time in customs and shipping time may vary due to bad weather conditions.

NB! Please leave your phone number for me to fill the express sheet, this is a required option. So the courier will be able to contact with you if you are not home.

Your order will come in a cute design box with a ribbon ready to be presented as a gift. If you order more than one item then your order will be put in one box if not stated otherwise by you in the notes.

I will ship the item to the address that is mentioned in Etsy Checkout. But if you want to receive the package elsewhere then please provide me with another address.
Also if the item is intended as a gift for another person then I can send this item to your friend's address provided by you.

If your parcel is lost/misdirected mail then exact situation will be examined by case.
PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed by:

European Union: 21 days past shipping date

International: 45 days past shipping date

If you haven't received your item, check the tracking number, because sometimes the parcel could be waiting in your post but you didn't get the notice from your post.

Custom orders can take from about 3-60 days depending on item's design, size and my queue of current orders. I will start making your custom ordered piece after I have received the payment.

If you wish to order any piece that is already sold then the piece will be made as close to the original as possible but not exactly the same as DianaDeluxe Jewelry is handmade not manufactured. I hope on your understanding.
