We do not request a signature at time of delivery.

Change of Address: Etsy does not allow us to go into an order and change the delivery address. Please make sure that you have the correct address at the time of purchase. You can request a change of address within 24 hours after the order is placed, however, because we are unable to modify the invoice, changes may get missed. Therefore, we make no guarantee of delivery outside of the shipping address on the invoice.

If an item gets returned to us due to an incorrect address on the part of the customer, there is an additional shipping charge to ship the item out again. This will be the same shipping fee that was charged initially.

Personalization Accuracy:
It is important that the customer make sure the personalization details are as wanted AT THE TIME OF ORDER. If a date is wrong or a name is misspelled, we will not replace the item. The customer will have to buy another item to replace the incorrect one.

Care of the Wood:
We encourage you to read over the care instructions given with your product, if applicable. We cannot refund or replace a product because of improper care. If you were given the item as a gift, and the giver did not include the care instructions with your board, please contact us and we can email them to you.

Refusal of Service: We as the seller have the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary. Although rare, we have had a customer that has been rude and condescending through the order and proof process. We, as a business, have to determine whether or not we can satisfy particular customers that have demonstrated their dissatisfaction with us and the process. If we determine that we cannot satisfy a customer, we will refund the customers entire order plus shipping and send an email stating our reasons why we have chosen to do so.

Custom Requested Orders:
We charge an initial flat fee of the board. Additional charges will apply depending on the time and difficulty of the order. There could also be an additional engraving charge if the request exceeds our allotted engraving time.
