This house is based on a nineteenth century English countryside home that I found in a photograph. It has been carefully hand painted onto plywood, then cut and sanded. Unfortunately it has caught fire, but despite having little legs (complete with knee high stockings and slippers) it can't save itself from its fate.
The house has been painted onto thick sustainably farmed plywood using acrylic paint. It has been hand cut and sandpapered and stands at about 8 inches (20.5 cm) high and 10.5 inches (26 cm) wide. The legs are 4.8 inches (12 cm) long. The house would be very content living on the corner of a sideboard, table or bookshelf .
