Description

This crossbody purse is the perfect way to carry your necessities while on the go!

This purse measures approximately 11 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 2.5 inches deep. Bag features a large main pouch with a large inner divided pocket. The outside of the bag features an easy to access pocket, as well as a zip pocket, to carry your cell phone, keys, and any other items you need to keep at hand. Purse has an adjustable strap which allows you to adjust it to whatever carrying length suits your needs the best.

Purse is ready to ship and ships 1-2 days after purchase (usually the next business day).

Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase. If payment is not made at that time, your order will be canceled.

Kansas residents will be charged sales tax at a rate of 8.95% as per state law.

Payment is required up front for all orders, including custom orders. I can not begin designing a custom order until your payment has fully processed (this may take a few days if you use a process other than direct credit card payments through Etsy or immediate payments through PayPal).

Returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first and let me know, and we will do an exchange. Refunds are only available on items in their original condition and (if applicable) that have not been removed from the original packaging. No refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase date.

Additionally, if you incur a problem with any purchase within 6 months of purchase (assuming normal wear and tear), please contact me and I will gladly work with you by either sending a replacement or another item of equal value. This policy does not apply to buyer's remorse on custom items, only if there is some kind of flaw in my work. Please send photos when contacting me on this issue.

If you receive your item damaged, contact me immediately. Pictures are helpful in this situation as USPS will require visual proof that the item was damaged, and I may need to receive these photos before issuing a refund or replacement. Please don't automatically send a damaged item back to me before contacting me, as this may void the USPS guarantee.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, I will communicate with you as much as necessary before purchase to ensure that what I make is what you want. Once an order has been placed, the design agreement on custom orders is locked in unless you have in writing from me otherwise.

If you purchase expedited shipping and it does not arrive in time (and you haven't contacted me ahead of time with notice of your deadline), I cannot refund the extra you have paid for shipping. I apologize if this creates inconvenience for you. Please *always* contact me if you have a deadline approaching.

Etsy will send you an email with a tracking number for your item so you can track it at usps.com and know better when to expect it to arrive.

Standard USPS First Class shipping rates will be used unless otherwise specified. If you need to receive your item sooner, contact me and we will set up a shipping method that will work for you. I always provide tracking numbers with your shipped order.

In general, I do not re-send items until it is very clear that they have been lost in the mail. For domestic orders, this means I will not resend items until at least 3 weeks (21 days) after the item's original ship date. For most international orders, I will not resend orders for at least 6 weeks after the original ship date. I'm so glad you are excited to recieve your order, but please be patient. It takes time for an item to travel across the country or across the world.

International orders may be charged a customs fee at pickup. I have no control over these fees, and it is the customer's responsibilities to pay them. Please beware of this before placing an international order.

Please note that all computer monitors display colors differently. My computer monitor may be calibrated differently than your computer monitor, so the products you receive may vary slightly in color from what you see on your computer screen.

All designs in my shop, including custom designs, are my intellectual property and may be resold in my shop. Purchasing exclusive rights to a design may be negotiated for an additional cost. Please message me as I take this on a case by case basis.
