Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. There are no returns/exchanges on any product that is custom made. Exchanges will be made at our discretion. We will not accept a return for any items that appear to have been used. Any returned item with any sign of use... will be returned back to you. If an exchange is approved (for a reason that is not the shop's fault), the buyer will pay for return shipping back to shop.

If something is wrong with the order (broken / wrong order received / basically our fault) please contact us right away. We will cover shipping costs and send you a replacement item immediately. We do our best to avoid these errors but please be patient with us if we've made a mistake with your order.

If an item arrives damaged send us a message via Etsy within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue store credit.

A member of our shop starts working on orders as soon as they come in, for this reason we cannot cancel items. We do not accept cancellations unless there has been prior communication or a duplicate order.

If you're not sure about something, please ask and we'll be glad to help :)

We ship with USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express and USPS International to all countries.

If you choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail Express for faster shipping, please note this is just for the shipping costs..it does not mean your order will be rushed and placed in front of other customers. The same processing time will still be in effect.

Once your order has been passed off to USPS, we unfortunately do not have control of the package's transit. Should your order get lost during transit, please contact the carrier shipping it and file a claim for YOU to be reimbursed the insured value.

If an item arrives damaged send us a message via Etsy within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue store credit. (Domestic claims only)

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. You can only be refunded for the cost of the item if you wish to have it not resent to you (this does not include any custom work).

Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made. We are not responsible for any items after they leave our studio. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the USPS to resolve any shipping issues and or file any claims with them. Once it leaves our studio, we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered as it is then out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.

PLEASE double check your shipping information! We print labels directly through Etsy and are not responsible for lost items due to customer error. If there is an error on our side, we will *happily* send out a replacement item free of charge.
