Notify me of your request for a refund/exchange within 7 days of the postmark date on your package. I do not cover the expense of return shipping, but I will send you a full refund for the transaction (item cost + shipping) once the item is returned in acceptable condition. Full refund may not be available on all custom orders. Please ask any questions regarding custom orders prior to accepting services.

Feel free to request insurance and / or delivery confirmation services on your package.

Shipping policies

Items are normally shipped out within 2 to 5 days. Most necklaces and rings are made to order and may take longer to ship. If you have a special request for a specific shipping method, please notify me as soon as possible. Priority shipping and insurance available upon request. Not responsible for lost/damaged items purchased w/o insurance or delivery confirmation. If international shipping rate is not already listed please convo me before buying and I will gladly provide an amount for you :)

My prices are based on the materials I will need to use in addition to my time. Please let me know if there is a particular design you like most or I can start w/ a sample arrangement for you. If you are happy with the sample(s) I'll place a listing in the shop for you to purchase. I start on the orders once I receive payment (a minimum deposit is required or you can pay in full).
