Shipping was held up came later. Had to contact seller to find out where was my package. Item was totally different from picture advertised.

I'm sorry your order was not to your liking. Unfortunately we can not control the order once it is sent to USPS. I stayed in contact with you the entire time and even when the bracelet wasn't to your liking, tried to make it right. Unfortunately when you are working with natural stones, things will not be 100%, but very close to it. We tried to come to a resolution, and then offered a refund as that is what you asked for.

The font is tiny. Cannot hardly see what is written on the bracelet. Wish it was bigger.
