This collection reflects every day life over a 700-year period in London, each fragment telling a unique story. From Elizabethan tailor pins crafted by children working 6 days a week for the price of a loaf of bread to a tea cup from the 1940s, each object had an ordinary purpose and use whether for work, play, war, or simple home life.
